Rod Hall - Managing Director

Rod has been in the construction industry for more than forty years. After starting in the sixties as a plant hire clerk with Selwoods and progressing via various companies through Plant Management, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and finally forming his own Company, Hall Hire in 2003.

Hall Hire’s focus is mainly on Road Plate Hire for the Utility Sector. Another function of Hall Hire’s activities led to Rod assisting various local companies with Health & Safety, and Training related matters with more and more emphasis on Training.

In 2006 Rod formed Construction Training and Development Ltd to cater for the training needs of public utilities, the local construction industry and local authorities. The progress has been amazing and great credit goes to a wonderful team all of whom are dedicated to keeping up the high standards set by Rod and helping to develop each candidate who passes though our doors.
